Body. Mind. Soul.

It’s a fact that all ancient systems of medicine, despite the continents they are originated, despite the difference in a culture and religion, consider three fundamentals of healthiness: Body, Mind and Soul (Energy/Spirit) (the same object has different names in different cultures).

There are a lot of various approaches, including modern ones – how to build a strong Body.

Some technics/tools/concepts teach us how to flourish/strengthen/calm down a Mind. But only a few can offer effective tools for the nourishment an Energy/Spirit/Soul.

All systems states that balance of these three elements can be called a truly Health.
The famous astrophysicist Stephen Hawking had a brilliant Mind and a Spirit/Energy, but a weak body.

The great motivational speaker Nicholas Vujicic is another example of a prominent Spirit/Energy with a weak body.

At the same time we can find dozen, hundreds, thousands examples around us, when people has a strong body, but a weak mind or/and poor Spirit/Energy.

And it’s doubtless, that body plays the least role in our life, in a quality of life, in its perception of life, in our success or failure.

All of us have a biological limits in developing of our body, it’s aging every second. At the same time we have practically unlimited opportunity to develop our Mind and Spirit/Energy/Soul.

How many people do you know around you who is practicing and training, who is cleaning, and developing his/her Mind and Spirit/Energy?

At the best – a few. Isn’t it?
Do you know why so little?
Do you know how to work with a Mind and Energy/Spirit/Soul?
